2. Parade Procedure:
since we don't have much time left, the parade will be kept as simple as possible. year 1s will be told to fall in the parade ground itself as the supporting contingent, and year 2s and 3s (including yourself) will form the GOH who will march into the parade ground.
However, do note that the parade procedure is subjected to changes if there is time constrain.
next,cadets will be called out one by one to receive their articles.
they will march to mrs pillai, do barang, receive their cert and march back to their original spot. this'll start from year 3s, so that year 1s will have a rough example to follow.

OIC: in-charged of overall parade and certificates, will be helping out in the giving out of certs
emcee: announce names of cadets and their promoted ranks
GOH commander: arrange squad according to height, give commands to march contingent out & take dressing
Year 1s OIC: arrange year 1 squad according to height, give commands to take dressing, in-charged of their well-being and ensure that their uniforms are ok
Ma'am IC for the day: in-charged of attendance before and after parade, as well as for FDC training. if there is a need, she'll have to mark out positions for both contingents.
