Time: 9am-5pm (bring money for lunch)
Venue: Parade Ground
Attire: Pe-Attire
Things-To-Bring: 1.5 litre coke bottle, personal towel, Boots (nicely polished)
Note: Make sure you know all your footdrill when you come for this training.
Have your breakfast before coming.
